Dear Artists and Painters,
Will you help bring positive inspiration to children?
Many artists are needed to paint uplifting scenes that portray a great saying in action.
This is a chance for your art to tangibly benefit society, maybe for generations.
It is also a chance to get your art seen and recognized. There are over 35 million households with children in the USA alone. A large percentage of these families will want to hang posters up that can help teach and inspire their children.
Currently this is a minimally funded project. We offer a small advance and a reasonable royalty for each painting. We also give an additional royalty to the charity or church of the artists choosing.
The plan is to get a small portfolio of at least 26 paintings before doing a major marketing push.
Artist can sign their work and a brief description of the artist and their contact information will accompany any poster sold or offered for sale.
If you decide to be a part of this, please call me or email me along with links to online galleries of your work. We can then talk on the phone about steps forward. It's important to talk in person. We'll want to decide on which "quote" you would paint and the general scene. The scenes need to be understandable, not too abstract. And children need to be able relate to them. Typically you can pick which quote you'd like to paint to, but at the start, we'd like to keep artists working on different quotes and not overlapping. Longer term, we see each quote can have several different paintings to address girls, boys, different age groups, different cultural painting styles, and just different painting styles in general.
